All standard props & backdrops (not including light up numbers or letters) take approximately 21 working days (Monday - Friday - excluding bank holidays) not including delivery time. Please message us to confirm this turnaround as during busy times this may change and we can not be held responsible if you don't confirm with us and you don't receive your props intime for an event

For northern Ireland customers please message before ordering as this turnaround is not applicable our delivery's are every 8 weeks regardless of products

no order is confirmed until payment has been made under any circumstances . The turnaround times above will start from when the invoice has been paid not from when you have messaged

 

If a shorter lead time has been agreed, the invoice must be paid by midnight that day in order for that agreement to be upheld if payment is not received you may lose the date agreed
