The Finish

All props come unpainted and in their original MDF condition 

Please note that all items are made with the assumption the customer will paint the item. Materials used to make the item may be visible until painted. 

All letters and number come painted white 

​Cancelation policy 

All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering, 85% will be re-funded due to admin costs, Any cancelations after this period you will receive goods to the value of what you have paid where a deposit has been paid, please note refunds will not be issued after the 48 hour period has lapsed 

Sizes 

All sizes are approximate as sizes may very slightly due to being hand made no refunds for slight discrepancies

Imperfections
All our props may have minor imperfections due to them being hand made . If a prop has such minor imperfection which does not affect its main we will not offer a refund, replacement, compensation, credit or free repair.

Delivery's

Currently all deliveries are made by ourselves, delivery times are from 2-5 working days from completion, we offer deliver subject to location of the delivery 7 days per week from 7am -7pm , time will be confirmed the day before delivery, When a delivery has been arranged if there is no answer we will return the the goods for the next available delivery date with a charge of £60 to be paid before re delivery 

Delivery's to northern Ireland please message before you order as deliverys to northern ireland are every 2 months and are not subject to standard turnaround times
