The Finish
All props come unpainted and in their original MDF condition
Please note that all items are made with the assumption the customer will paint the item. Materials used to make the item may be visible until painted.
All letters and number come painted white. Please note that while our numbers come spay painted to a high finish there may be slight imperfections that do not effect the use of this product, we use airless spaying and while this gives the products a excellent finish compared to most suppliers this finish isnt to the quality of a car or your kitchen doors for example as that is a different system and paint used
Cancelation policy
All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering, 85% will be re-funded due to admin costs, Any cancelations after this period you will receive goods to the value of what you have paid where a deposit has been paid, please note refunds will not be issued after the 48 hour period has lapsed
Sizes
All sizes are approximate as sizes may very slightly due to being hand made no refunds for slight discrepancies
Imperfections
All our props may have minor imperfections due to them being hand made . If a prop has such minor imperfection which does not affect its main we will not offer a refund, replacement, compensation, credit or free repair. please also refer to the section above finish
Delivery's
Due to current war situation materials may become difficult to get as we hugely relay on supplies from the far east of the world and this may cause sudden price increases (before ordering ) or delays to delivery due to lack of materials,
Please DO NOT confirm any event bookings using the props or numbers etc which you are ordering until you receive a confirmed delivery day which will be around 1 week before delivery unless you have confirmed your event dates with mike before your order is placed, as we strive to build all orders on time but there can be unavoidable delays which can not be helped and we hold no responsibility if an event is booked and props or numbers etc are not received due to this
Delivery times are from 2-5 working days from completion, we offer deliver subject to location of the delivery 5 days per week from using the courier network , When a delivery has been arranged if there is no answer we will return the the goods for the next available delivery date with a charge of £60 to be paid before re delivery
Delivery's to northern Ireland please message before you order as deliverys to northern ireland are every 2 months and are not subject to standard turnaround times
